Health Canada authorised Zepbound (tirzepatide) for chronic weight management in adults with a BMI of 30 or higher, or 27 or higher with a weight-related condition, in May 2025, and it reached Canadian pharmacies in July 2025. In June 2026, Health Canada additionally approved it for moderate-to-severe obstructive sleep apnea in adults with obesity.

We have not yet confirmed a Canadian telehealth platform with a dedicated Zepbound program to the standard this site requires before listing one. Felix’s confirmed brand-name lineup names Mounjaro (tirzepatide for type 2 diabetes) but does not name Zepbound specifically, so we are not listing it here as a Zepbound provider.
